Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting tactical initiatives related to the coordination, communication, and development of products aligned with business objectives. This position involves participating in technical analysis, design, and requirements gathering sessions to establish product goals, specifications, features, and success metrics to fulfill business aims. The Senior Product Administrator also aids in executing product strategies and conducting competitive assessments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Commitment to integrating security into all decision-making processes and daily responsibilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Product Administrator role or equivalent support specialist position.
  • Proficiency in using Jira, SharePoint, and Exchange.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing and addressing user requests for product or service support; identifying, recommending, presenting potential solutions, and communicating request statuses.
  • Experience in escalating complex issues as necessary, adhering to established escalation protocols.
  • Ability to log, track, analyze, and report on user requests effectively.
  • Capability to resolve inquiries related to the functional or workflow operation of end-user products.
  • Experience in providing subject matter expertise and best practices for problem resolution and product operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to apply basic knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to creatively resolve simple to moderately complex issues.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering informal presentations to small teams.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for internal support and/or training purposes.
  • Assistance with task automation and process enhancements as directed.
  • Ability to uphold established service level agreements to meet customer expectations and quality standards.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform application administrative functions, including managing end-user requests.
  • Capability to create and deliver formal presentations to larger groups outside the team or department.
  • Experience working on large, moderately complex projects.
