Position Overview:

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows applications; experience with Oracle is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming service requests by receiving, entering, and scheduling customer calls using the ACE system.
  • Collaborate with the Service Resource Center to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Take full ownership of service requests from initiation to completion, escalating issues to supervisors and technicians as necessary.
  • Reassign tasks based on current workloads and priorities to optimize service efficiency.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on service status.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and seek resolutions, involving supervisors when needed.
  • Process invoicing transactions for service calls in ACE on a daily basis, ensuring completed calls are invoiced within 48 hours.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
  • Oversee inventory and supplies necessary for service operations, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking required parts.
