Social Services Professional

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in a per diem capacity. As a crisis intervention specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to individuals in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and provide crisis intervention services to adults, adolescents, and children.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide linkage and follow-up services to clients during the stabilization period.
- Coordinate with outside providers and collateral contacts to ensure comprehensive care.
- Attend routine supervision and team meetings to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in social work or a related field is required.
- At least six months of experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records is required.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
