Regional Sales Director

At Streamline Healthcare Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales strategy for the region
- Conduct outbound sales activities to digital, marketing, and IT influencers at B2B target companies
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business development activity to achieve sales goals
- Attend and participate in industry meetings and conferences
- Manage accurate pipeline and forecast data on a weekly basis and clearly present at weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a social science-related field
- 3+ years of experience in the health and human services industry as a clinician or administrator
- Knowledge and understanding of the continuum of care across acute, ambulatory, and post-acute settings
- Previous selling experience is helpful
- Strong presentation abilities and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to uncover and address the win-criteria required to close deals at a high rate
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business development activity to achieve sales goals
- Managing accurate pipeline and forecast data on a weekly basis and clearly present at weekly sales meetings
