Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our team at Universal Energy Solutions in Philadelphia, PA.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying potential clients and developing strategies to increase sales, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and utilizing Brokerzone to manage sales pipeline and track progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Identify potential clients and develop strategies to increase sales
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Utilize Brokerzone to manage sales pipeline and track progress

Requirements:

  • Ability to be trained on new market and system from ground up
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in technology sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or GED / Bachelor's Degree
