Business Development Executive

We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and delivering solutions to attract candidates, and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment, with a proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing business deals. Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Recruiter is also essential.
