Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our local market sales effort and drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue through approved programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives and drive business results
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success
- Identify and develop business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
- Project a professional image and represent Paychex in a positive and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a referral network among business professionals
- Collaborate with branch managers to resolve issues and set shared goals
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and provide training to sales representatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales with a proven track record of success
- 3+ years of leadership experience in Business-to-Business Sales with a focus on team development and performance
- Experience in HCM Sales Leadership is highly desirable
