Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison for employer-related activities, working closely with employers to understand their current and future workforce needs.

  • Help employers apply for and obtain grant resources to enhance their workforce.

  • Participate in Rapid Response meetings and Trade Act petitions, working with employers and their employees to provide support and resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with performance-based workforce development programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program and service information to customers.
