Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and team members to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and development opportunities to managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Model the behavior expected of managers and team members, and champion the company's 1-4-7 Mission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with Ford's Garage or a similar concept.
  • Food Safety certification, as required by state law.
  • Ability to stand for 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good hearing, vision, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including email and inventory management.
  • Ability to work 55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
