Educated Solutions Corp is seeking an experienced Advertising Account Manager to join our team. As an Advertising Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing campaigns, ensuring smooth ad delivery, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including scheduling, optimizing, and tracking creative assets for media in the ad server.
  • Fulfill insertion orders (IOs) exactly as sold, monitor inventory availability, and optimize campaigns to meet agency and advertiser commitments.
  • Maintain and modify infrastructure such as game titles, exclusion labels, and targeting key values.
  • Communicate campaign performance to sales and client services, recommending optimizations to achieve client goals.
Ad Technologies Support:
  • Navigate and troubleshoot ad serving systems, ensuring proper ad delivery and alignment between internal and 3rd-party vendor reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on ad product challenges, invoice discrepancies, and operational issues.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for ad-related bugs, performing quality assurance (QA) for visual and ad experience to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Analyze back-end reporting metrics, such as fill rates and partner payouts, to improve decision-making and ad product strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience (preferably with a related publisher)
  • Proficiency in ad serving systems (publisher, ad tech, or agency)
  • Campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of the ad tagging ecosystem (VAST, VPAID, JavaScript, 1x1s, and viewability)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital advertising or agency environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
  • Experience with campaign execution, including booking and trafficking
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach
