Job Description

Innovid, a leading provider of advertising delivery, personalization, measurement, and outcomes across linear, CTV, and digital, seeks a skilled Account Manager to join its Commercial Organization team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal departments to execute digital advertising campaigns utilizing Innovid's Omni-Channel Marketing Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for client day-to-day communication and oversight, ensuring overall client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for optimization, retention, and upselling.
  • Effective communication in a team-oriented environment, serving as a liaison between multiple departments and acting as an escalation point for support teams.
  • Proper time and deadline management while balancing multiple projects and priorities internally and externally.
  • Technical expertise with proficient knowledge of 3rd party vendors, troubleshooting tracking issues, and recommending best practices.
  • Project management of campaign execution to ensure all campaign requirements are met, measuring campaign progress, and communicating effectively both internally and externally.
  • Educating and guiding new and existing clients on best practices, onboarding new clients, and proactively addressing areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for general training and oversight to support teams to ensure all campaign tasks are done correctly and efficiently.
  • Acting as an escalation point for support teams responsible for campaign setup needs, feasibility checks, and general support.
  • Generating and analyzing detailed campaign reporting, providing detailed insights and analysis for clients, and suggesting optimization strategies for increased performance.
  • Leading all campaign-related communication, including kick-off calls, weekly status calls, troubleshooting discussions, and in-person client presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with a Sales counterpart and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell clients on additional products or revenue streams.
  • Supporting the Product team with user feedback and insights related to new releases of our tools and products.
  • Effectively and proactively recognizing and solving problems, always looking for new, better ways to do things, and infusing this into the team culture by coaching other AMs on effective, actionable problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management in the advertising technology, marketing technology, agency, or publisher space.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising space: media planning, creative, and publisher trafficking.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terms related to digital media (e.g., VAST, VPAID, verification, viewability).
  • Selling experience specifically in upselling clients on products and services a plus.
  • Experienced in compiling, documenting, and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders (sales, creative team, and adops).
  • Must have experience managing and executing digital campaigns as the main client point of contact; video experience desired.
  • Future-minded individual with a strong desire to contribute to an emerging leader in the online media space.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 per year.
  • This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions.
