Job Title: Head of Sales Target

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets at Target. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably with a food broker or national company, and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brands, including client support, key account support, and distributor support.
  • Meet with Target regularly to determine sales goals and priorities, report on progress, and problem solve challenges.
  • Provide necessary tools to the retail team to achieve client goals and sales objectives.
  • Utilize data tools to provide analytics to sales team and client.
  • Work closely and often with Target and the leadership team by attending periodic meetings with key retail accounts and distributor Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A proven track record in sales; preferably with a food broker or national company.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and marketing information needed to make effective sales presentations.
  • Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
  • Willing to travel.
