Job Summary

As a seasoned tax professional, you will lead our global tax function, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with local tax laws. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing tax planning, strategy, and compliance, as well as overseeing tax provision, sales tax, and local/statutory tax processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax planning and strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with local tax laws
  • Manage the preparation of the income tax provision for annual financial statements
  • Oversee tax compliance filings globally, including corporate income tax and indirect tax
  • Direct tax activities with third-party tax providers globally
  • Manage processes with third-party providers, review and approve tax filings, and identify/implement best practices for tax processes
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate providers or reduce reliance on third parties to drive cost savings and improved oversight and ownership of tax processes
  • Lead global tax initiatives, including R&D tax credits and transfer pricing strategy
  • Lead all M&A activities from a tax perspective
  • Interface with tax authorities, as required, for tax examinations and other inquiries
  • Research and implement new applicable tax requirements
  • Serve as an advisor to the company on all tax matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional designation as a plus
  • 10+ years of tax experience in corporate and international taxes
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of tax areas
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP as it relates to income tax provision and reporting
  • Mix of public accounting and prior corporate tax department experience
  • Strong management and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate within various Accounting ERPs and tax software programs
  • Ability to organize, manage, and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks while working independently
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, consistently growing and changing work environment
