Job Title: Senior Director of Strategic Account Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Strategic Account Sales to join our team at Legrand AV, Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key end-users and influencer groups in the Higher Education, Corporate Office, Commercial Retail, and Federal Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding relationships with end-users and influencer groups in the specified sectors.
  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering existing relationships with top-tier strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives and sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and account management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the AV/IT industries sales channel.
  • Experience working directly with end-users.
  • Experience using SalesForce.com.
