Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, the SCSM collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute tailored customer success plans and strategies. This ensures that our clients' health, goals, and objectives are achieved, leading to realized business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students of our partner accounts to identify and understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate the needs and goals of key stakeholders into a comprehensive Customer Success plan.
- Organize, document, and enhance customer data throughout the partnership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issues, advocating for the customer.
- Utilize educational skills to support customer onboarding initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions that focus on maximizing product value for customers.
- Provide exceptional service and develop innovative solutions to address clients' business challenges.
