About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Tileworks inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
