Business Development Sales Representative

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Nolan Transportation Group, a Top 5 Logistics Provider, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods across the country.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Research and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and support
- Meet or exceed established production metrics and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing sales training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and NTG's service offerings
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
