Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Staff Zone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our staffing services to commercial construction, industrial, and special event companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in sales, marketing, and business development to drive new business growth
  • Aggressively track sales leads and travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers
  • Quote prices and credit terms, prepare sales forms, and record customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software
  • Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
  • Ability to aggressively close new business
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
