Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Rose Paving Nashville.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed successfully.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue set by the Director of Sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
