With a strong presence in the industry, we offer a range of services including asphalt patching, reconstruction, resurfacing, sealcoating, cracksealing, concrete maintenance, storm sewer repair and installation, lot marking, and green paving solutions.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Rose Paving Nashville.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed successfully.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue set by the Director of Sales.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
