As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in connecting shippers with reliable carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods across the country.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to ensure optimal pricing and service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service and support
  • Meet or exceed established production metrics and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but no degree required
  • Available to work full-time, 100% in-office
  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
  • Prior sales experience preferred or passion for inside sales
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
