Job Summary:

The Nagler Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Inquiries: Respond to inbound inquiries from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Process Claims: Process dental claims on our system for all clients, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Document Communications: Document all communications with clients and customers, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of dental plan designs, exclusions, limitations, and exceptions for each client, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to all process and procedural guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims and inquiries.
  • Knowledge of Dental Plans: Possess knowledge of dental plan designs, exclusions, limitations, and exceptions for each client.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Possess the ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
