Position Summary
We are in search of an Employer Sales Lead to advance our mission by promoting Summer Health's range of pediatric care solutions to large-scale employers. Our goal is to empower employers to provide exceptional healthcare experiences for their employees and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business partnerships with relevant employers. Your prior sales experience will be vital to your success in this position. As a key team member, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and strategically engage with external partners to attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify avenues for Summer Health to expand its presence among enterprise clients.
  • Establish and achieve sales targets.
  • Fulfill all administrative duties, including effective use of CRM systems to monitor and evaluate opportunities and results.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and leadership teams.
  • Engage in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Understanding of healthcare benefits, the healthcare sector, and employee benefits; experience in health plans or benefits consulting is preferred.
  • Expertise in all stages of the sales process, including initial outreach, relationship building, contract negotiation, and ongoing client management.
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and professionalism in addressing client needs.

Compensation Range: $160K - $180K
