Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the NYC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales quotas in assigned territories through direct sales to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a territory plan with identified Fortune 1000 targets in assigned territories
- Establish a pipeline of 4X quota and continuously prospect in new or existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with multiple levels of decision-makers in accounts
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical support
- Meet the requirements for the role, including 5+ years of sales experience in computer networking, NPM, and APM, as well as 6+ years of experience selling into IT and Data Centers
Requirements
- Proven track record of success demonstrated by territory and professional growth
- Strong understanding of our technology, market, and client profile
- Exceptional and consistent quota achievement
- Established customers and contacts, and solid territory knowledge
- Ability to work independently with large, complex accounts to source, pursue, and close new business
