Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Mechanical Licensing Specialist:

  • Facilitate publishing and mechanical splits through external channels such as MDX/LCH and email. Review and amend data on bulk licensing reports.
  • Support product configuration in our internal system (RECS) and issue statutory mechanical licenses.
  • Oversee various workflow trackers and request necessary documentation for controlled rates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a substantial workload and effectively juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
