Business and People Partner

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business and People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our business priorities and develop people solutions that drive results.
- HR Solutions: Partner with business leaders to identify and implement HR solutions that meet unique business needs.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of organizational changes and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- HR Delivery: Ensure effective and efficient HR solutions delivery, promoting continuous improvement and providing business feedback to HR teams.
- Communication: Communicate HR policies and advise team members and leaders on direction.
- Manager Effectiveness: Improve the effectiveness of managers by providing process support and guidance, including job mapping, workforce management, onboarding, performance management, and self-service tools.
- Core HR Programs: Lead and support our core HR programs, including performance management, engagement, and rewards.
- Metrics and Reporting: Promote accountability and alignment through the identification, development, and use of HR business metrics.
- Escalation and Support: Direct leaders and team members to other HR resources and escalation paths as needed.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Develop and analyze ad hoc reporting packages, extracting data from various sources and compiling it into digestible forms to support informed decision-making.
- Experience: 7+ years serving in a Human Resources role for an enterprise company.
- Education: B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), previous HR Business Partner experience, and senior leader/executive coaching expertise.
