- Ensure the timely and effective recruitment and hiring of top talent, including the development of job descriptions, interview plans, and offer letters.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
- Provide labor relations support, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
- Manage the workforce planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning of talent needs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs, employee communications, and employee development opportunities.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
- Experience with labor relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to drive business results.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
