Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR guidance and support to business partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with line managers to develop their human relations skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to manage their teams effectively.
  • Ensure the timely and effective recruitment and hiring of top talent, including the development of job descriptions, interview plans, and offer letters.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it is aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
  • Provide labor relations support, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
  • Manage the workforce planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning of talent needs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs, employee communications, and employee development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
  • Experience with labor relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to drive business results.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
