Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our business growth initiatives at Valuetainment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Director plays a critical role in the organization by increasing the value of our business consulting practice and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and increase the profitability of our business consulting practice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the consulting practice to ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet our business and financial objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and maximize business performance.
  • Establish and ensure achievement of annual sales goals.
  • Drive sales plans by mentoring and leading sales teams on prospective clients.
  • Present on client calls to promote the value of our business consulting practice.
  • Lead and deliver client presentations coordinating with other subject-matter experts as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and stakeholders to drive business value and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Educate teams on the resources available to them and their clients.
  • Represent Valuetainment at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and foster relationships with internal and client-facing teams to become a trusted resource.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or general management roles, preferably in the Consulting or Professional Services industries.
  • Proven record of success in driving business growth, expanding product lines, and increasing overall business value.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service while driving business success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Deadline oriented and works well under pressure.
