Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on total rewards
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AI + HR, Total Rewards Specialty)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
