About the Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead the company’s growth and expansion initiatives. As the Executive Leader, you will be accountable for formulating and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, optimizing operations, and cultivating a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic plan aimed at achieving significant revenue growth and profitability.

2. Oversee all facets of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

3. Build and lead a high-performing team capable of executing the company’s growth strategy.

4. Optimize the e-commerce platform to enhance online sales and broaden our digital presence.

5. Expand product offerings and investigate new market opportunities.

6. Manage relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.

7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in a comparable industry.

2. Strong business acumen and financial expertise.

3. Deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.

4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

6. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($150K-$200K)

• Performance-based bonus

• Equity compensation through Profits Interest Units

• Relocation package considered for qualified candidates
