As a Senior Account Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple agencies. Your expertise in digital advertising, leadership skills, and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth with existing and new clients* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple agencies* Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions* Communicate effectively with senior leaders, clients, and colleagues to ensure alignment and success* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

What You'll Need
* 7+ years of experience in digital advertising with at least 2 years of direct management experience* Strong understanding of client relationship management and revenue growth strategies* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience with team coaching and development
