Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive individual for the role of Employee Experience Manager within our Los Angeles office. This position encompasses various responsibilities across our organization, including administrative support, finance, and operations, all aligned with our core objectives.

In the capacity of Employee Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in representing the company while managing business support for our global offices, navigating diverse cultural and policy landscapes. You will serve as a vital contact point for internal teams and executive leadership, providing essential knowledge and resources to the entire organization. This role will involve supporting all aspects of accounting, business administration, human resources, office management, and project coordination. As part of a small, dynamic team in Los Angeles, versatility, creativity, and enthusiasm are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business administration support for our Los Angeles office, liaising with teams in Europe, Korea, and India.
  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks, ensuring clarity in payments and financial documentation to streamline internal processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance business operations to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in Human Resource Management by maintaining employee records and updating HR documentation to foster a positive company culture.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of financial documents and monitor expenditures.
  • Organize and document all events and ongoing projects.
  • Act as a liaison among our global offices to ensure all business processes and documentation are current and accurate.
  • Oversee logistics, including the shipping and mailing of confidential company materials.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion; 0-2 years of professional experience in a business environment (accounting, finance, operations, HR, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office or any accounting software is advantageous.
  • Sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
