We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Strategist to join our team at Planar Systems.

Overview

Planar Systems is a leading provider of visualization solutions, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us drive sales growth in the territory. As a Digital Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for refining and executing sales strategies to meet business goals, identifying and recruiting top-performing channel partners, and soliciting joint sales calls with manufacturers' reps.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience, including at least 3 years of CEDIA or proAV channel management experience. They will also have a track record of demonstrated success selling and forecasting sales in the territory. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365 applications, and experience with contemporary productivity and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine and execute sales strategy to meet business goals
  • Identify, recruit, attain, and manage top-performing channel partners and industry thought-leaders
  • Solicit and participate in joint sales calls, promote marketing programs, and conduct product demonstrations
  • Establish performance measures and evaluate effectiveness and competitiveness of channel partners and programs
  • Contribute to pricing decisions by providing market intelligence and competitive information
  • Actively contribute to the development of channel marketing programs
Requirements

To succeed as a Digital Sales Strategist, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of technology sales experience
  • At least 3 years of CEDIA or proAV channel management experience
  • Demonstrated success selling and forecasting sales in the territory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365 applications
  • Experience with contemporary productivity and communication tools

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
