Global Flooring Sales Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Flooring Sales Strategist to join our team at Interface Americas, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth in the commercial flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in assigned regions
- Work closely with regional sales directors and account executives to identify and pursue key business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial flooring industry
- Provide coaching and training to account executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure we are positioned for success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the commercial flooring industry
- Proven track record of growing sales and revenue in a B-to-B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
