Position Summary:

We are in search of enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to become part of our Laundry production team. As a Laundry Operations Associate, you will be essential in upholding the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards for our inventory, ensuring our clients receive top-quality products consistently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control assessments, clean, and maintain our inventory, which includes items like napkins, tablecloths, seat covers, runners, and skirting.
  • Employ both manual and machine-assisted techniques to meet company cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Feed linens through the ironing machine.
  • Achieve production targets set by management.
  • Encourage a collaborative team atmosphere, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the receiving area.
  • Accurately count, size, and package items.
  • Wash linens according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
  • Sort and label linens for proper identification.
  • Organize, fold, and pack items following company protocols.
  • Embody and uphold the company's Core Values: Consistency, Adaptability, Reliability, and Teamwork (CART).
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Work Environment:
  • Most tasks are carried out in a warehouse setting, which may lack heating or air conditioning in certain areas.
  • Outdoor exposure may occur during work hours.
  • Extreme temperatures may be experienced in the warehouse.
  • Clothing may become wet in the washing area.
  • Continuous exposure to moving belts is present in the ironing process.
  • Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, ensuring appropriate safety measures are followed.
  • Handle all chemicals with caution.
  • Expect physical demands, including bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Schedule & Compensation:
  • Shift hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, with optional weekends based on workload.
  • Potential for overtime during busy seasons.
  • Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Basic math skills, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in interpreting various forms of instructions.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and lifting for up to 12 hours in a warehouse setting.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments.
  • Must complete a 5-minute Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index.
  • Must pass a company background check and drug screening.
