Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Follow proper laundry and housekeeping procedures in accordance with company policy and industry standards.
  • Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to complaints or inquiries and report any issues to your supervisor.
  • Deliver personal laundry and facility laundry to resident rooms and staff utility rooms.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Reliable mode of transportation required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a high level of service to our residents and customers.
