Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Associate:

  • Examine and export invoices and expenses using Chrome River.
  • Ensure invoices are accurately allocated prior to export.
  • Process payments through the ERP system.
  • Track accounts, invoices, and vendor payments to address any discrepancies or unusual charges.
  • Handle vendor inquiries professionally.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.


Desired Qualifications for the Financial Operations Associate:

  • Proactive individual with 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable.
