Position Overview

Role: Event Operations Associate for parking management at various events

Work Schedule: Event-based, primarily during afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
As an Event Operations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming and assisting them as they arrive and depart.

Your duties will include:
1. Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
2. Collecting parking fees and ensuring accurate transactions.
3. Understanding the different types of customers, including tenants and visitors, to provide tailored assistance.
4. Familiarizing yourself with the venue to effectively answer inquiries.
5. Completing daily reports and assisting during peak hours to manage traffic flow.
6. Communicating effectively with management and team members.
7. Addressing customer service inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
8. Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving during busy periods.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Proficiency in cash handling and credit transactions.

Essential Skills:
- Flexibility to work at various locations.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
- Independent decision-making capabilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
