District Sales Leader

We are looking for a proactive District Sales Manager to take charge of sales operations within a designated area. This position entails driving revenue growth and working closely with essential resources to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and nurture a high-achieving sales team to provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Execute tactical sales strategies to align with corporate goals
- Evaluate market dynamics and customer preferences to stimulate sales expansion
- Deliver sales presentations to major clients and support in finalizing agreements
- Assess competitive landscape and propose tactics for market leadership
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant experience; three years preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business is advantageous
- Proven history in business growth and meeting sales targets
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position supervises the Texas First sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
Travel:
Up to 50% travel required with a valid driver's license.
Work Environment:
Mainly office-based with occasional outdoor activities in diverse conditions.
