Center Operations Leader Responsibilities

Guest Experience:
  • Guarantees that the center surpasses guest expectations by providing a welcoming and unforgettable experience for every visitor.
  • Builds guest loyalty through personalized interactions, ensuring they become lifelong patrons.
  • Trains team members to establish trust and confidence with guests by becoming knowledgeable in product offerings and sales techniques.
  • Ensures all guest interactions are handled with warmth and efficiency, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Sales Leadership:
  • Achieves results aligned with monthly objectives. Manages effective center operations to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborates with the District Operations Manager to explore innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Takes responsibility for fostering a positive work culture that enhances productivity and minimizes turnover.
  • Communicates business goals and priorities to maximize team performance and profitability.
  • Recognizes and celebrates outstanding team performance while addressing areas for improvement fairly and consistently.
  • Maintains an active presence on the sales floor, ensuring adequate staffing across all center areas.
  • Analyzes performance reports and develops Action Plans in partnership with the District Operations Manager to enhance results.
Talent Management:
  • Recruits, interviews, selects, and retains top talent using the Company's Talent Filters.
  • Maintains a talent pool, ensuring all positions are filled promptly.
  • Coaches team members for current and future career advancement.
  • Creates a learning environment by implementing brand training programs in sales, guest service, and product knowledge.
  • Communicates the company's vision and core values to promote teamwork and drive center growth.
  • Maintains an open environment where team members feel comfortable sharing concerns without fear of repercussions.
  • Motivates team members to achieve sales targets and drive positive outcomes daily.
  • Demonstrates professional communication in all interactions with guests, team members, and corporate staff.
  • Effectively communicates with management and peers, ensuring the necessary information flows to manage the business effectively.
Visual Management:
  • Guides and directs team members in implementing visual marketing standards, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Executes promotional and visual marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Ensures the center is organized, clean, and visually appealing, with all products and marketing materials properly displayed.
  • Maintains brand visual and cleanliness standards consistently.
Operational Management:
  • Ensures adherence to company standards as outlined in the Center Operations User Guide.
  • Confirms that all Wax Associates hold the necessary licenses.
  • Manages schedules and daily tasks to align with business objectives.
  • Supports company loss prevention protocols through effective inventory management.
  • Ensures all areas of the center, including storage and workspaces, are organized and compliant with company standards.
  • Follows safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly budget targets for sales, cost of goods, labor, and administrative expenses.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and utilizes Key Performance Indicators to drive positive outcomes.
  • Prioritizes guest satisfaction and coaches team members to connect with guests effectively.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, accountability, punctuality, and organization.
  • Leads by example, encouraging data-driven solutions and celebrating team successes.
  • Maintains an open and flexible schedule.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of learning and operating a POS system.
  • Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
