District Sales Leader

We are looking for an energetic District Sales Manager to take charge of our sales operations. This position entails managing sales activities within a designated district, fostering revenue growth, and working closely with essential resources to meet organizational objectives.
Primary Duties:
- Guide and cultivate a results-driven sales team to provide exceptional customer service
- Execute strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's goals
- Evaluate market dynamics and customer preferences to enhance sales performance
- Deliver sales presentations to significant clients and support deal closures
- Assess competitive landscape and propose strategies for market advantage
Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant experience; three years is preferred
- High school diploma is necessary; a Bachelor's degree in Business is advantageous
- Proven history in business development and meeting sales targets
Leadership Responsibilities:
This position supervises the Texas First sales team, which includes recruitment, training, and performance assessment.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel is necessary, along with a valid driver's license.
Work Setting:
The role is primarily office-based, with occasional outdoor responsibilities in various conditions.
