Job Overview

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $150,000 - $200,000 in the first year, including a substantial base salary, allowances for vehicle and communication, and an attractive commission structure.

City Wide Facility Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to enhance our operations in the Raleigh-Durham region. In this role, you will take charge of generating sales opportunities and cultivating new client relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, from initiating contact and generating leads to finalizing agreements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients, leads, and referrals to meet sales objectives.
  • Arrange meetings, comprehend account needs, and deliver initial presentations to kickstart the sales journey.
  • Establish connections with prospective clients, articulate our service offerings, and draft contracts to secure sales.
  • Leverage and oversee a customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep accurate records of all client interactions and leads.

Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in an external sales capacity.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, both via phone and in-person.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and experience in managing sales territories.
  • Outgoing and engaging personality with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capability to lead client discussions and effectively present our service offerings.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with operations and fellow sales personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
