What You'll Do
  • Expertly match our products and services to client needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients through effective communication and demonstration of our unique value proposition.
  • Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently to meet client requirements.
  • Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Be flexible to the needs of the business, including appointment scheduling, time off requests, and team meetings.

  • Understand and execute Company operating policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Handbook and other related communications.
What We're Looking For

  • Quick learner who is adaptable, self-reliant, resourceful, and handles competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time, five days a week, including one weekend day.
  • Proficiency with using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow new technology processes and systems.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services, or retail environment in a similar field.
  • Education or experience in Design and Decor preferred.
  • Experience with POS Systems preferred.
