This innovative sales approach is transforming the insurance sector by integrating artificial intelligence with human expertise, revolutionizing the sales process. There is no cold calling involved; you will engage directly with our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge of products and systems to improve client interactions.
  • Follow up with potential clients who have previously expressed interest.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients via video conferencing and phone calls throughout the sales journey.
  • Manage direct communications from corporate to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the agency and clients to address any inquiries.
  • Achieve promotional targets to foster new growth.
  • Comply with state regulatory licensing standards.
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings.
  • Develop a client base through self-generated or company-provided leads with scheduled appointments.
  • Educate both new and existing clients about company products and services.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in the workplace.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed by clients.
  • Possess a reliable mobile phone, data, and internet service.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Complete contracting with insurance providers.
  • Hold a life and health insurance license from your home state (if you do not currently possess a license, we can assist you in obtaining one within 7-10 days upon hiring).
