Key Responsibilities

  • Master product knowledge and systems to improve client interactions
  • Reconnect with potential clients who have previously expressed interest
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients via video conferencing and phone
  • Manage direct communications between corporate and clients
  • Work collaboratively with the agency and clients to address any inquiries
  • Achieve promotional targets to foster new growth
  • Comply with state regulatory licensing standards
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings
  • Develop a client base through self-generated leads or company-provided leads with scheduled appointments
  • Educate new and existing clients about company products and services

Qualifications

  • Preferred 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficient in technology and software applications
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in the workplace
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person

Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends based on client requirements
  • Access to a reliable mobile phone, data, and internet connection
  • Pass a background check
  • Complete necessary contracting with insurance providers
  • Possess a life and health insurance license from your home state (if you do not currently hold a license, we can assist you in obtaining one within 7-10 days upon hiring)
