Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at PI. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including marketing, human resources, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and high-quality food.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and waste management to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with corporate to establish and achieve business objectives, including sales targets and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including marketing, human resources, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of business financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L reports.
  • Experience with bar service and knowledge of state and local liquor laws.
  • Ability to manage a large team and develop other management staff.
