We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wonder. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations and Drive Results: Oversee the overall performance of our restaurants, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Manage, Engage, and Motivate Team: Lead and motivate a team of hourly restaurant employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Hire, Onboard, and Train Best-in-Class Talent: Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for your restaurant, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.
  • Manage P&L to Meet Operational Goals and Budget: Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as a role model for high-quality, hands-on floor management, including effective deployment of labor to maximize throughput, and address performance issues quickly and respectfully.
  • Deliver Restaurant Sales and Service Times: Remove any barriers to success, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that sales and service times are met.
  • Oversee Inventory Management and Food Safety: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, and that employees are following procedures for shelf life and product dating.
  • Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety: Promote team member safety inside and outside of the store, consistently communicating the importance of safety and leading by example.
  • Provide Best-in-Class Customer Service: Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service, monitoring team performance from a customer's point of view, and recognizing good performance from the team.
  • Schedule Daily Labor Requirements: Meet the needs of the business and provide great customer service experiences by scheduling daily labor requirements effectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a restaurant management role, either in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
  • Managed and developed 15+ team members per shift.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
