- Communicate Effectively: Serve as a role model for high-quality, hands-on floor management, including effective deployment of labor to maximize throughput, and address performance issues quickly and respectfully.
- Ensure Food Safety and Team Member Safety: Oversee inventory management and food safety to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and promote team member safety inside and outside of the store.
- Provide Best-in-Class Customer Service: Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service, and monitor team performance from a customer's point of view to recognize good performance.
- Schedule Daily Labor Requirements: Schedule daily labor requirements that meet the needs of the business and provide great customer service experiences.
- 3+ years' experience in a restaurant management role, either in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
