Qualifications: What you need to bring
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field within the transportation sector is preferred.
  • Associate's degree or a combination of education and experience is required.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills are essential.
  • Strong time management abilities are necessary.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities: What you will do

The Customer Account Representative will fulfill customer expectations by delivering exceptional service through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders while enhancing company profitability. Employees may be assigned to different shifts based on organizational and customer requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to loads to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships while assisting in managing freight capacity.
  • Accurately receive and enter detailed customer load information via telephone, fax, or electronic methods.
  • Ensure all load information is correctly input into the system and that customer data is current and accurate.
  • Monitor and track loads, providing necessary updates to customers regarding late pickups and deliveries.
