Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients and their residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and their residents, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Assist clients with account management, including creating online accounts and resetting passwords.
  • Perform data entry and office duties as needed.
  • Greet clients and perform front desk operations as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer and information systems skills, including email and calendar management.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work with supervision and meet strict timelines.
  • Punctual and good attendance.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
