We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients and their residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and their residents, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
- Assist clients with account management, including creating online accounts and resetting passwords.
- Perform data entry and office duties as needed.
- Greet clients and perform front desk operations as required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and information systems skills, including email and calendar management.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to work with supervision and meet strict timelines.

- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
