Advertising Operations Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Advertising Operations Systems Coordinator to oversee the operational systems within our office, including onsite IT support and the technical management of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of advertising operations, a keen analytical mindset, and a strong capability in leveraging various advertising technology platforms to ensure the smooth execution and effectiveness of our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including Advertising Operations, Finance, Media, and Account Management, to grasp campaign goals, technical specifications, and performance indicators.
  • Oversee the configuration of campaign components within the agency's media management system to ensure alignment with internal dashboards and integrations.
  • Guarantee that all facets of campaign planning, setup, management, and creative execution are conducted through efficient processes.
  • Provide technical assistance for various onsite IT challenges to internal teams and clients, addressing troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Manage the trafficking and quality control of client creative materials.
  • Handle traffic instructions and management.
  • Oversee tracking tags and digital invoice approvals.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Implement and manage quality assurance processes to confirm the accuracy of ad creatives and tracking setups, including adherence to naming conventions.
  • Maintain ad delivery and performance across multiple ad-serving platforms, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues while ensuring proper pacing according to campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ad tags, pixels, and other tracking tools to ensure precise data collection and attribution.
  • Work with third-party vendors to integrate their technologies into our media operations.
  • Stay updated on system capabilities, emerging technologies, and best practices in operational management, implementing relevant changes as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of advertising operations processes and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when encountering new systems or challenges by asking clarifying questions and providing alternative solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with Advertising Operations managers regarding the prioritization of requests based on urgency and complexity.
  • Organize metrics to identify process inefficiencies, measure accuracy, and celebrate the successes of the Advertising Operations team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in media planning or media analytics is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a positive attitude, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A college degree is required; a focus on Marketing or Media Strategy is preferred.
  • Experience with Media Ocean is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation: $50K - $60K annually, based on experience.
